Meraki Concept Café sits comfortably on the ground floor of Mega Emart Commercial Centre along Jalan Rakawi Yusuf, offering a relaxed café vibe that blends local comfort with a cosmopolitan touch. This spot tends to attract a mix of casual diners, remote workers, and friends catching up over a leisurely meal or a crafted drink, making it a versatile go-to in Bintulu’s café scene.

The café’s environment leans toward cozy and inviting, with an interior that balances clean modern design and warm lighting. Visitors often find it a quiet refuge during weekday afternoons or early evenings—good times to enjoy a little calm away from the busier street life nearby. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff are consistent aspects of the experience, contributing to a welcoming feel that suits solo patrons and small groups alike.

Meraki’s menu impresses with its range, comfortably bridging Western and Asian influences. It's a place where you might start with a creamy Pesto with Salmon pasta or a crisp Margherita Pizza, then move on to something like the local touch found in their Nasi Goreng Kampung with Chicken Satay. The food portions hover around moderate sizes—not oversized but enough to satisfy without feeling heavy, which fits well for those who want variety or lighter meals throughout the day.

The drinks list stands out for those interested in more than just coffee. Their creative twists on local classics—like the Float Teh Tarik or the Coffee Tarik Float—offer a playful take on familiar flavors. Meanwhile, cold options like the Iced Matcha Latte, Oreo Milkshake, and refreshing Cola Floats provide something comfortable and cool for the tropical climate. Those looking to linger into the evening will appreciate the wine selection and draught beers, adding another layer of versatility to this café.

Given the clean bathrooms, good music selection, and generally pleasant atmosphere, Meraki Concept Café goes beyond a quick coffee stop—it feels like a space intended for both casual meals and slow, relaxed breaks. It serves well for locals who want a balanced mix of familiar and a little adventurous on their plates, all while enjoying attentive service in a setting that doesn’t rush you out.

A very comfy & cozy restaurant to dine in. Food was good, tasty & nicely done in great portions. Love how the food was paired differently not just visibly appetising but pleasing to mouth too. Good brews of coffee & tea as well as other beverages. Wide selection of wines & draught beer available. The staff were very attentive & friendly Worth a visit.

It is my pleasure of dining at this restaurant that boasted a comfortable environment, diverse food choices, and friendly staffs. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes to choose from. The staffs were incredibly dedicated and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. One aspect that stood out to me was the presentation of the food. The dishes were beautifully presented, with attention to detail that truly enhanced my appetite. However, I did notice that the flavours tended to be on the salty side, which sometimes overshadowed the unique tastes of the ingredients. Despite this minor flaw, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.

The interior design is great and very beautiful. The staff are also very nice. The food is also delicious. The prices are fair too and the potion sizes here are a bit like I would say medium for me. The toilet is also very clean. When I first came here, I felt quiet and comfortable. Really worth the time for me. 100% recommended.

The waiters were well trained and introduced the dishes to us patiently when taking order. The food is delicious and yummy, especially the pasta and pizza. You must try them! The toilets are clean and the playlist in the restaurant are good taste. Definitely will come back again. Thank you for your service and making our lunch enjoyable.

The beef ribs, with their tender meat and flavourful well balanced seasoning. The salmon healthy bowl provided a refreshing and nutritious option, reflecting Bintulu's embrace of healthy dining trends. The spaghetti Bolognese, a classic comfort dish done right, pairing these dishes with Penfolds red wine added a touch of elegance. Overall, this cafe contributes additional optional Western dining experiences to an otherwise mundane food scene in Bintulu.

We had a wonderful experience dining at Meraki. The restaurant was welcoming and very clean. And the staff was attentive and the menu was great. I would definitely recommend the Chicken Chop or the Classic Burger. We went there for both dinner and lunch. Also very impressed with the wide selection of wine and beer! Not very common in this small town. Highly recommend to anyone visiting in need of a place to eat.

Dined here for lunch, it was easy to get a seat at the time. Service was fast. Food portions are reasonable with good value for money. They also have steak cuts which you can choose and will cook for you - steak was cooked with just the right doneness unlike some other specialty shops I have been to. Would try this out again the next time I am in Bintulu.
